Any person planning to excavate in the Lobelville area should first call TN OneCall at 811. This call will notify all utilities in the area to locate their utilities before you dig. Call three working days before you dig. The city will locate utility lines for you free of charge! If you fail to call and hit some utilites you will be responsible for the cost of repair.
